个人简介:丁婷,女,19911月生,博士研究生/工学博士,我校特种食品研究院副教授。

研究方向:水产品贮藏加工及质量控制

2019.7-2021.6,北京大学医学部营养与食品卫生学系博士后;

2015.9-2019.6,江南大学食品科学与工程专业,博士;

科学研究:

主要从事水产品贮藏加工及质量控制方向的研究。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金1项,主持我校人才科研启动基金1项,参与完成国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家重点研发计划、企业横向课题等多项科研项目。在国内外核心学术期刊发表论文二十余篇。

2)国家自然科学基金青年基金项目,荧光假单胞菌群体感应系统AHLs信号分子对生物胺产生的调控作用机制,2023.1-2025.1230万元,主持;
